FSG Silicone Coated Fiberglass Sleeving
FSG Silicone Coated Fiberglass Sleeving is made of braided fiberglass yarn in a flexible sleeve form, then coated with a specially formulated high temperature silicon resin. It has excellent electrical, thermal resistance, self-extinguish, softness, and chemical resistance properties over a wide range of temperatures.
FSG Silicone Coated Fiberglass Sleeving is rated Class N by IEEE standards, acceptable for continuous service from -30C through 200C. It is widely used in insulation protection of leads and connections for motors, transformers, coils, relays, solenoids, electro-heat devices, special illuminations, and so on.
117F Silicone Rubber Extruded Fiberglass Sleeving
117F Silicone Rubber Extruded Fiberglass Sleeving is comprised of specially formulated high temperature silicone rubber extruded onto premium electrical grade braided fiberglass sleeving. The extrusion process results in a higher density coating that is more homogeneous, has better concentricity and yields longer continuous lengths than the typical liquid dipped products common to the industry. 117F has excellent electrical, thermal resistance, self-extinguish, softness, and chemical resistance properties over a wide range of temperatures .
117F Flame Resistant Silicone Rubber Extruded Fiberglass Sleeving is rated Class N by IEEE standards, acceptable for continuous service from -60C through 200C. 117F is widely used in insulation protection of leads and connections for motors, transformers, coils, relays, solenoids, electro-heat devices, special illuminations, and so on.
PSG Polyurethane Coated Fiberglass Sleeving
PSG Polyurethane Coated Fiberglass Sleeving is made of braided fiberglass yarn in a flexible sleeve form, then coated with a high performance polyurethane resin. PSG Polyurethane Coated Fiberglass Sleeving has excellent dielectric property, thermal resistance, fair softness and elasticity, and chemical resistance over a wide range of temperatures .
PSG Polyurethane Coated Fiberglass Sleeving is rated ClassF(155C) by IEEE standards, acceptable for continuous service from -25C through 155C. It is widely used in insulation protection of leads and connections for motors, transformers, coils, relays, solenoids, electro-heat devices, special illuminations, and so on.
Acrylic coated Fiberglass Sleeving
Acrylic coated Fiberglass Sleeving is composed of modified acrylic resin that has been continuously coated over premium electrical grade braided fiberglass sleeving.
Acrylic coated Fiberglass Sleeving possesses excellent dielectric, flexibility, cut through resistance and resistance to mechanical abrasion. It is fully compatible with all magnet wire coatings as well as insulating varnishes such as polyester, epoxies, phenolics and Formvar.
Acrylic coated Fiberglass Sleeving is rated Class F(155¡æ), widely used in insulation protection of leads and connections for motors, transformers, coils, relays, solenoids, electro-heat devices, special illuminations, and so on.
Heat Treated Fiberglass Sleeving
Heat Treated Fiberglass Sleeving is comprised of a closely woven, highly flexible continuous filament E glass braid which has been heat-treated to remove starches and oils, and impregnated with high-temperature resistance adhesive.
This Sleeving exhibits high tensile strength, excellent flexibility and expandability resistance to moisture, fungus and chemical attack. It is non-flammable, heat resistant, and non-corrosive to metals.
Heat Treated Fiberglass Sleeving is used in mechanical and thermal protection for high temperature, low voltage applications such as toasters, coffee makers and other small heating appliances. Its flexibility and expandability allows for use over irregular shapes.
