NMN  Nomex-Polyester-Nomex  Flexible Laminates
NMN Nomex-Mylar-Nomex Laminates(equivalent to Myoflex® 2N50, 2N80, 2N130; ISONOM®0881, 0883, 0967) is a three-ply flexible laminate consisting of PET film, covered on both sides with DuPont Nomex paper.
Nomex Paper Thickness: 2 mil (50¦Ìm), 3 mil (80¦Ìm), 5mil (130¦Ìm). PET Film Thickness: 25, 50, 75,100,125,190, 250, 300, 350¦Ìm.
NMN shows high thermal resistance, excellent mechanical properties like high tensile strength and high edge tear resistance, and electrical properties. It was designed for automatic insertion machine.
NMN is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in low voltage electrical motors. Besides it is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
NKN/NHN  Nomex Kapton Nomex  Flexible Laminates
NKN Nomex-Polyimide-Nomex Laminates(equivalent to Myoflex® 2NK25, 2NK50, 2N75; ISONOM® 0885, 0886, 0887, 2279) is a three-ply flexible laminate consisting of Polyimide film covered on both sides with DuPont Nomex paper. NKN is also known as NHN. Nomex Thickness: 2mil(50¦Ìm), 3mil(80¦Ìm),5mil(130¦Ìm), 7mil(180¦Ìm). Polyimide Film Thickness: 25, 50, 75, 100, 125, 175¦Ìm NKN exhibits good electrical strength, high thermal resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties at elevated operating temperatures. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used. NHN is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and interturn insulation in thermal high stressed electrical motors. It is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
KNK  Kapton-Nomex-Kapton Flexible Laminates
KNK Polyimide-Nomex-Polyimide Flexible Laminates is a three-ply combined flexible material of insulation class R (220¡æ), consisting of DuPont Nomex Paper covered on both sides with polyimide film(e.g. Kapton). KNK exhibits very good electrical strength, high thermal resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties at elevated operating temperatures. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used. KNK is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, interturn and phase insulation in electrical motors. Besides KNK is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
Class B  DMD  Combined Flexible Material
Class B DMD Combined Flexible Material is a triple-layer electrical insulation material of thermal class 130¡æ, consisting of PET film(e.g. Du Pont Mylar) covered on both sides with polyester felt. This DMD has excellent electrical, mechanical, and impregnating properties. Class B DMD is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in electrical motors. It can be also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
NK  Nomex / Kapton  Flexible Laminates
NK Nomex Polyimide Film Flexible Laminates(equivalent to Myoflex® 1NK25; ISONOM® NH) is a two-ply flexible laminate consisting of Polyimide film covered on one side with DuPont Nomex paper. NK is also called as NH. Nomex Thickness: 2mil(50¦Ìm), 3mil(80¦Ìm),5mil(130¦Ìm), 7mil(180¦Ìm). Polyimide Film Thickness: 30, 50, 75, 100, 125, 175¦Ìm NK exhibits good electrical strength, high thermal resistance as well as excellent mechanical properties at elevated operating temperatures. It has a smooth surface which allows a trouble free manufacture of low voltage motors where coil inserting machines are used. NH is mainly used as a slot liner, slot closure, phase and turn-to-turn insulation in thermal high stressed electrical motors. It is also used as interlayer insulation in transformers and other electrical machines and appliances.
