HN Polyimide Film
HN Polyimide Film(equivalent to Kapton HN Film, APICAL Type AV) is synthesized by polymerizing an aromatic dianhydride and an aromatic diamine. It has the excellent balance of electrical, thermal, mechanical, physical, and chemical properties over a wide range of temperatures as low as ¨C269¡ãC (¨C 452F) and as high as 400¡ãC (752F). The UL File No is E318791. HN Polyimide Film can be used in a variety of electrical and electronic insulation applications: wire and cable tapes, formed coil insulation, substrates for flexible printed circuits (FPC), motor slot liners, magnet wire insulation, transformer and capacitor insulation, magnetic and pressure-sensitive tapes.
FN Polyimide FEP Film
FN Polyimide FEP Film(equivalent to Kapton FN Film, APICAL Type AF) is a kind of dry adhesive tape, constructed of polyimide film coated with FEP fluoropolymer adhesive on one side (FH) or both sides (FHF), imparts heat sealability, provides a moisture barrier, and enhances chemical resistance. The UL File No is E318791. FN Polyimide FEP Film can be melt and formed soon as desired at defined temperature, is widely used as electrical insulation for motor, transformer, wire and cable, coils and so on.
VN Polyimide Film
VN Polyimide Film (equivalent to Kapton VN Film, APICAL Type NP) is synthesized by polymerizing an aromatic dianhydride and an aromatic diamine. VN Polyimide Film not only has all of the properties of Type HN, but also has plus superior dimensional stability. The UL File No is E318791. VN Polyimide film can be used in flexible printed circuit board (FPC), voice coil and other special department which requires superior dimensional stability, good peel strength, and so on.
JP Formable Polyimide Film
JP Formable Polyimide Films (equivalent to Kapton JP, JPB Film) have been designed to give optimum forming characteristics. Polyimide films for forming have higher elongations at elevated temperatures while maintaining the combination of excellent physical, electrical, and mechanical properties inherent in HN. The films polymer properties enable drawing deeper parts at lower temperatures 280¡ãC~300¡ãC and shorter cycle times. After forming, parts exhibit excellent shape retention and minimum shrinkage. Parts may be formed from Polyimide Films for Forming that were previously difficult or impossible to form with HN: • Diaphragms for automotive and heating and ventilating sensors and switches • Speaker cones, domes, spiders, and surrounds • Other applications including appliances, electronics, and aerospace
MTB  Black Thermally Conductive Polyimide Film
MTB Black Polyimide Film (equivalent to Kapton MTB Film) is a thermally conductive film, possesses higher thermal conductivity properties than standard polyimide film. This property makes it ideal for applications requiring efficient thermal energy transfer, such as loudspeaker voice coils frame, electrical insulating pads and flexible printed circuit board.
